The original Zeffirino in Genoa, Italy was founded in 1939, the Las Vegas Zeffirino’s was completed in 1999. I must admit that my first experience a couple years ago was a little shaky. On subsequent numerous visits the quality of the food, staff, the ambiance and the restaurant itself are an extravaganza that far exceeds anyone’s expectations. Zeffirino’s is like stepping into Italy and best of all -- it is priced conservatively. Yes, Gourmet food and excellent service in Las Vegas for a modest cost! Reservations are suggested, although this restaurant seats more than 500, it is that popular. For you buffet experts, try their magnificent Sunday Brunch, priced more than a standard buffet, but worth it! Outstanding food and wine selection, and talk about pastries, they make their own. Stop in next door to their pastry outlet, everything from wedding cakes to cookies. Say hi to my friend Rino Cola, his the head of Public Relations for more than 20 years.  Do not be surprised to see me at this remarkable restaurant, it is becoming my new home away from home. Beyond the gourmet food and the outstanding ambiance this wonderful restaurant offers something rare. In my travels to 75 countries and untold number of restaurants, the staff at Zeffirino’s is unsurpassed - a rare find. These perfectionist are genuine people that care about making your dining experience the best. Do not be surprised to see Giuliano Berto, Co-Owner/Operational Officer, or Jerry Mannino, General Manager, coming by your table to make sure everything is perfect.
