The famous, or infamous Crazy Horse Too
appears to be coming down to the last few days to make a decision if it
can remain a closed topless bar that might be able to serve alcohol some
day or on June 30 they loose their grandfather status and the liquor
license is gone for good. Unable to find a buyer with full funding, the
Crazy Horse Too future now rests in the decision expected this week by
judge Philip Pro. Lawyers are trying to convince Pro to overrule the
local ordinance and give more time to find a new buyer. Previous owner
Rick Rizzolo was ordered to pay $10 million in damages to Kirk Henry
from the sale of the topless club. The topless club is valued at $30
million, but without a liquor license it is worth less than $8 million.
