* Hotel Rates: If you find anywhere on the Internet a hotel room rate lower than Insider Viewpoint of Las Vegas's Special Internet Rate () that is available for booking (you must book the reservation and provide IVLV their confirmation Number) on another publicly available website for the same day/dates, same hotel, same room type, and for same number of guests and you notify Insider Viewpoint of Las Vegas within 24 hours after booking your room with us, Insider Viewpoint of Las Vegas will match the competing rate PLUS give you $200.00 worth of Las Vegas Show Tickets. To secure your reservation at this low rate, we require up-front payment with your credit card.

* Car Rental Rates: If you find anywhere on the Internet a car rental rate lower than Insider Viewpoint of Las Vegas's that is available for booking (you must book the reservation and provide IVLV their confirmation Number) on another publicly available website for the same day/dates, same make and model of car/truck, same rental restrictions, gasoline restrictions, and for the same mileage restrictions, you notify Insider Viewpoint of Las Vegas within 24 hours after booking your car rental with us, Insider Viewpoint of Las Vegas will match the competing rate PLUS give you $100.00 worth of Las Vegas Show Tickets.

* Show Ticket Rates: If you find anywhere on the Internet a Las Vegas Show Ticket rate lower than Insider Viewpoint of Las Vegas's that is available for booking (you must book the reservation and provide IVLV their confirmation Number) on another publicly available website for the same day/dates, same show performance, same showroom, and for the same number of tickets, you notify Insider Viewpoint of Las Vegas within 24 hours after booking your show tickets with us, Insider Viewpoint of Las Vegas will match the competing rate PLUS give you $100.00 worth of Las Vegas Show Tickets.

* Las Vegas Discount Card: If you find anywhere on the Internet a Las Vegas Discount Card/Booklets/Coupons that save you more money in one year of use than Insider Viewpoint of Las Vegas's Discount Card that is available for booking on another publicly available website for the same type of discounts, same length of time, daily reusable discounts, and for the same number of discounts, you notify Insider Viewpoint of Las Vegas within 24 hours after buying your Las Vegas Discount Card with us, Insider Viewpoint of Las Vegas will match the competing rate PLUS give you $200.00 worth of Las Vegas Show Tickets.

* Insider Viewpoint of Las Vegas will match any competing online qualifying rate plus the above mentioned free Show Tickets if Insider Viewpoint of Las Vegas does not have the Lowest Prices available rate as described in these terms and conditions. It does not apply to rates including more than hotel accommodations, such as air-hotel packages, hotel-car rental rates or any other package deals. The Insider Viewpoint of Las Vegas Lowest Price Guarantee cannot be combined with any other discounts, special offers or promotions. The Guarantee does not include taxes, tariffs, or any other charges other than base costs.

* Insider Viewpoint of Las Vegas customers must submit a notification within 24 hours after booking/purchasing our service or product. To notify Insider Viewpoint of Las Vegas, click here, complete online form to be eligible for Insider Viewpoint of Las Vegas Lowest Price Guarantee. To file a notification, you must have a Insider Viewpoint of Las Vegas confirmation number.

* The Insider Viewpoint of Las Vegas Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply to opaque rates. Specific hotel and locations must be known to compare hotel rates. Our Guarantee is valid against reservations made on Priceline®, Travelocity, Hotwire® and other so-called discount companies.

* The Insider Viewpoint of Las Vegas Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply to group rates, corporate rates, wholesale rates, affinity or association rates.

* Rooms, car rentals, show tickets booked within ten business days of service do not qualify for this guarantee.

* The Insider Viewpoint of Las Vegas Lowest Price Guarantee is for adult reservations only, it does not apply to reservations which include children.

* Notifications citing multiple day/night reservations, the total cost for the entire stay will be evaluated in determining whether the qualifying website has a lower rate.

* Notifications are normally processed within 72 hours of submitting. Rate changes should not be assumed and will not be effective until customer receives written confirmation either by e-mail, letter or via fax from Insider Viewpoint of Las Vegas.

* Bookings/Reservations/Purchases where as a customer has received a refund/Show Tickets via the Insider Viewpoint of Las Vegas Lowest Price Guarantee cannot be cancelled or changed thereafter.

* Insider Viewpoint of Las Vegas must be able to verify, to its satisfaction, that the notification qualifies and meets all conditions of the Insider Viewpoint of Las Vegas Lowest Price Guarantee and these Terms and Conditions -- and the notification has been submitted completely and in earnest.

* After your trip has been completed, (your IVLV reservation has been completed and you have fulfilled your full reservation) please notify IVLV and we will then mail you your difference in a check and the free show tickets. You will need to provide a copy of your receipt to show you fulfilled your IVLV reservation. Not fulfilling a complete IVLV reservation voids all guarantees.
