CityCenter Project
Located between Monte Carlo and the Bellagio on the Las
Vegas Strip. This is the largest (most expensive) private
construction project in the history of the world! A proposed $7
billion and about six years will develop this modern marvel.
Numerous casinos, condos, time share units and dozens of restaurants
will be created. Estimated completion date is 2012. Owned by MGM Grand.
Echelon Place
The old Stardust has been closed and the Westward Ho and is in the process of making way for
a $4.4 billion complete rebuilding of this prime real estate location
into a new casino resort called, Echelon Place.
Completion date is roughly set at 2010.
Aladdin / Planet Hollywood
The old Aladdin is getting a modern face lift and even a front entrance
as the new owners, Planet Hollywood, are pouring serious money into this
project. The Aladdin has never been more in need of a new
direction and a new look, this is a great face lift for the famous Las
Vegas Strip.
Aliante Station Casino
Station Casinos has begun construction February 22, 2007 on Aliante
Station Casino, which is located at I-315 and Aliante Parkway in North
Las Vegas. This project is expected to have 200 rooms and more
than 2000 slots, with a total cost of $600 million. The completion
date is expected in 2009.
Encore
Wynn Resorts is building Encore on the property next door to the
existing Wynn Casino. The $2.1 billion project under construction
and is expected to open in 2009. |
