Even though it is a landmark of history does not mean you should
restrict a new design, there is always other places to remember history,

History is great, but modern conveniences and modern looks is much

Keeping some of historical items of vegas is good, but those items
need to be in a museum not in the way of progress. Shirley

Forcing a new owner to build around a historical part of a building
is very costly and you will loose many projects because of the
additional cost and nuseance. It is better to allow the new projects
take the direction of the city rather than holding onto the past.
