* Casinos make me feel like I am in a dungeon, even the
bigger ones and windows would be an excellent touch. Margaret

* No windows . When
I'm in a casino I like the feeling of being in another world.

* Architecturally, you have
to install windows on an "outside wall". Casinos by their nature have a
lack of "outside walls", due to being surrounded by clubs, theaters,
service counters and staff areas. Several years ago I found a Keno
parlor at Treasure Island with a window looking out to a landscaped
light well. It was so unique that they eventually moved the Keno.
Windows don't make you gamble more, it gives no advantage for the house.
Skylights and light wells might help, but again, why? Don

* No, most people are
focused on the games and pay little attention to windows ,also,old
casinos are blocked in and the cost would not pay off. New casinos which
are more spacey should incorporate the windows. john Pierog

* Yes. Its more fun to people watch.

* No windows please. Make the
world go away. I love that when inside the casino I can't tell if it's
day or night. I can't tell if it is raining, sunny or whatever. From my
room I watch the sun rise over the mountains, the rain beat against the
buildings, the lights of the most wonderful town in the world. But when
in the casino I want to be timeless, completely at ease having a
cocktail even if it's 2pm. Judith Ketchum Willoughby /

* Yes as long as you can see out but
no one can see in, there are people who are chlostophobic. I think it
would be a good experiment. Linda Brooks St.Helens,Oregon
* Forget any windows; they
would just take away from the unique kind of secrecy and privacy that
the casinos now project. Ron Brevig Burnsville, Mn
* No windows, no way!
One of my favorite recollections in Vegas was playing blackjack all
night, then someone opens an exit door and says "Hey it's light
outside"! Richard C Gerhardt Texas City, TX
